Constellix onboarding webinars

Last week, Constellix hosted the first of multiple onboarding webinars designed to educate clients about the many different services Constellix offers. During the first session, President of Constellix Steven Job guided attendees through a live demo of the most requested services:

• User management
• Domain history
• Version control
• GeoDNS: IP Filters and GeoProximity
• ANAME records (also now in DNS Made Easy) and ANAME for IPv6
• Real Time Stats (also now in DNS Made Easy)
• Sonar monitoring integrations

“We saw a great turn out last week, with over half of the attendees asking questions and sharing with us their opinions of the suite,” says Job.

Throughout the webinar, Job answered questions posed by the attendees. The second half of the webinar focused solely on the requests of attendees, primarily the Sonar monitoring suite. Attendees learned how to create health checks in Sonar and apply them to domains in the DNS portal.Three times during the webinar, attendees were polled on their opinion of each portal: Management, DNS, and Sonar. The results were overwhelmingly positive with 90% of attendees feeling pleased with the portals. An additional poll on exclusively the GeoDNS part of Constellix DNS saw the most positive results with 100% positive ratings. In a follow-up survey, multiple attendees reported that the GeoDNS features were the reason they preferred Constellix to other providers. Constellix will be hosting a second onboarding webinar on May 18th at 2pm EDT. The webinar will focus on:

• Record Pools
• ANAME and AAAANAME records
• CNAME load balancing- Secondary DNS provider integrations
• Third party imports (domains and records)
• Intro to the API
• Billing console
