1. Schedule Intro Discovery Call

  2. Get an idea of the existing environment - what works, what doesn’t
  3. Find out what clients' current and future needs are 
  4. Determine timeline of potential provider switch
  5. Learn and identify priorities for the client

2. Customized Demo

  1. Based on the intro call, determine what potential services and features best fit the organization.
  2. Showcase the features and benefits of our platform that are essential to the success of the client.
  3. Explain the value proposition of our service and how it fits into the organizations' strategy.

3. Set up Proof of Concept Account

  1. Immediately after the demo, our dedicated account representatives will set up a POC account for your team.
  2. You will be able to work with your team to navigate the platform and test the waters in order to get acclimated and comfortable using Constellix.
  3. Enterprise clients have 24/7 access to live video chat support and knowledge base articles

4. Choose Services + Receive Customized Quote

  1. According to your demo and POC account, we will recommend our top services based on your requirements and provide a detailed quote for you to review with your team.

5. Follow up Meeting with Additional Questions to start the Migration Process

  1. In order to start the migration process, gather any and all information needed to 
  2. Determine whether the client requires white-glove migration services or chooses to handle migration independently.
  3. Gain insight and overview of potential migration challenges and we will prioritize our implementation based on your needs.
  4. Create a production schedule to deliver a successful migration timeline.
  5. Determine import method (import wizard, manual, other)
  6. Provide a list of deliverables and begin to execute the checklist.

6. Finalize Services and Client Terms

  1. Finalize quote and approve financials
  2. Complete contracts and required security documentation

7. DNS Migration + Onboarding

  1. Implement and test new services
  2. Migrate records - this is where we can talk about the overlap and how to ensure 100% uptime during migration.
  3. Connect client and Constellix teams during migration to guarantee a seamless onboarding experience.
  4. Post-migration review (next day)

8. Customer Success Meeting Plan

  1. Immediate post onboarding, meet with the customer success team to answer any additional questions
  2. 30 day check in
  3. 60 day check in
  4. 90 day check in
