We are working on a product roadmap for the next year, and want you to be a part of it. Help us decide which services to add to the Constellix control panel. Take a second to fill out this quick survey (only 3 questions) about what features you want us to add. You can read detailed explanations of what each service is below:
Our IP Anycast + network is able to withstand hundreds of gigabytes of query traffic per second. Just imagine how much more reliable your web services would be if we offered integrated DDoS protection for your services! In the future, you would be able to toggle on or off DDoS protection for your web services in just one click.
In the past, we have discussed how to identify attacks using our Real-Time Statistics (RTS) tool. This new feature would regularly store the real-time metrics gathered from RTS and compare the stores of data to detect anomalies in your traffic.Constellix would also send you an alert via SMS/email/push notification of the possibility of an attack.
WAF (Web Application Firewall) both monitors and prevents malicious traffic from accessing your web applications. This feature would apply a set of known rules to protect your servers from cover attacks such as cross-site scripting (XSS) and SQL injection. If PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliance is a concern for your organization, WAF can help you protect your web applications from web-based attacks. WAF satisfied the requirements of PCI 6.6, which can help you avoid liabilities and non-compliance penalties.
A CDN, or Content Delivery Network, takes advantage of our Anycast network to deliver your web content from multiple locations around the world. It works the same way as our Anycast DNS services, by storing a copy of your web content (instead of DNS information) on all of our PoPs (points of presence).
Without a CDN, your content is usually only hosted on a single web server, which can cause delays for anyone trying to access your site who’s not close by.CDN’s allow you scale rapidly at a fraction of the cost. Actually, CDN’s have become a standard across the web with everyone from enterprises to bloggers adding a CDN service into their stack.
This feature automatically compresses and combines your JavaScript files, which reduces the number of requests and reliance on third party sources. This is a great way to slash load times and improve web performance! In previous posts, we have shown how external resources have dramatically increased load times and even prevented sites from loading.
